Arbitration, Conflicts, and Contracts Program
Professional Global for Managing Educational Projects (PGMEP), under an international accreditation from the Global Council for Law, Arbitration and Intellectual Property (GCLA), announces the start of application into its professional training program specialized in Arbitration and Contracts and their impact in conflict resolution and dispute resolution in the fields of commerce, engineering, finance, and law.
This program will be a part of a series of specialist advanced programs.
We will hold this program at An-Najah National University, Al-Quds Open University, Arab American University in Ramallah and Jenin, and Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie in Tulkarem.
Program Outcomes
Participants will receive a Professional Specialized Program Certificate from the lifelong learning center at the host university and another certificate from the accredited arbitrator.

Program Objectives
By the end of this program, the participant will be able to:
- Be familiar with general concepts, features, and outcomes of arbitration and contracts.
- Know the main factors related to arbitration and contracts.
- Develop the skills and concept of contract editing and management and the responsibilities of each contract stakeholder.
- Develop skills related to contract disputes.
- Get access to new professional opportunities in the participant’s work area.
