Annual Athletic Planning Program
Planning is an important means that works to accurately define the set goal in the plan and prevents deviation or distraction away from it. It is constantly reminded of and attention is focused on it to prevent its loss or neglect, especially since planning is a future-oriented process in which everyone works together to achieve the set objectives and not deviate from them.
Good planning is closely related to the available financial and human resources in reality. The success of the planning process cannot be achieved without a precise account of the available financial and human resources of the club or institution in order to invest them and incorporate them into the training plan, while staying away from unavailable or uncertain capabilities and resources. This ensures that planning is not a mere fantasy disconnected from reality and available resources.
Having good planning means making the best use of time. The training plan and its components are completed within a predetermined timeframe without wasting or squandering time. Time is defined in terms of days, weeks, and months, and there is no room for waste. Planning gives time its full value and explores ways to invest it in achieving the goals of the planning process.
