Accounting Secretary Program

The Professional Global for Managing Educational Projects (PGMEP) is launching a specialized training program in accounting and secretary, this program lasts for 200 training hours, and it is accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Labor and equalized to a professional diploma degree from the American Management Institute and the Jordanian Union of Free Professions, authenticated by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Program Outcomes

Participants will receive a professional certificate from the Professional Global for Managing Educational Projects (PGMEP).

Participants will have the opportunity to obtain a membership certificate and a professional practice certificate from the Jordanian Union of Free Professions, authenticated by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Participants will also have the opportunity to get accredited by the American Management Institute in Washington (AMI), or the American Institute for Professional Studies (AIPS).

Program Methodology

This program deploys interactive training technologies such as presentations, case studies, explaining the optimal methodologies, and making use of group exercises to apply the earned knowledge.

Program Objectives

By the end of this program, the participant will be able to:
  1. Recognize the requirements and duties of the accounting secretary.
  2. Recognize the management’s expectations from the accounting secretary.
  3. Explain accounting, its inputs, and outputs.
  4. Learn about financial statements and their importance.
  5. Learn about documents, accounting books, and programs.
  6. Be able to prepare accounting receipts and their supportive.
