Mr. Mohammed Zahran Hassoneh is an accomplished professional with a diverse electrical engineering and energy management background. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Balqa Applied University in Jordan, Faculty of Engineering & Technology.
Additionally, he has pursued further educational qualifications, including a High Diploma in Energy Management from Turkey, in collaboration with North Carolina State, Schneider Electric, and the Institute of Energy Professionals.
Mr. Mohammed is a licensed arbitrator for the Palestinian Ministry of Justice and has received training in arbitration through the Palestinian International Arbitrator and the Umbria-Italian cooperation program.
In February 2021, Mr. Mohammed was awarded the Consultancy Certificate in Electrical & Power Engineering by the Higher Council for Engineers Qualification & Accreditation.

In terms of professional experiences, Mr. Mohammed has held positions in various organizations. He worked at the Strategic Planning Center (PEC) in Palestine for a duration of three months. He was also employed at Petra Environmental Services in Jordan for four months. Notably, Mr. Mohammed had a significant tenure at Nablus Municipality in Palestine, where he held multiple roles between November 1999 and 2010. During his time at Nablus Municipality, he served as an Electrical Study Engineer, Head of Cables & S/S Division, Head of Maintenance Department, Head of Distribution Division, and Head of Electrical Works Section. He also gained experience at Northern Electric Distribution Company (NEDCO) since 2010, where he is currently responsible for various departments, including the Customers Relations Department, Services Centers, Collection, Field Outreach, Technical Management of the Nablus District, and Technical Auditing.
Mr. Mohammed has participated in numerous courses, workshops, and seminars, which have enriched his knowledge and expertise. These include topics such as engineering project management, professional energy management, programming languages, ISO 9000, AutoCAD, geographic information systems (GIS), and electrical system planning and management.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Mohammed is actively engaged in social activities and associations. He serves as an administrative board member of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society and is an adviser arbitrator delegate for engineering conflicts in Nablus Governorate. He is a founding member of the Holy Land Sons Group, an organization promoting unity among Muslims, Christians, and Samaritans. Mr. Mohammed is also involved in engineering associations, charitable organizations, and the Palestinian Association for Voluntary Efforts (PAVE).
