Political guidance activities and the Forum of Palestinian Ambassadors and international professionalism under the auspices of the Governor of Nablus
Under the patronage of the Honorable Governor of Nablus Governorate, the Political Guidance and Global Professionalism for Educational Projects, in collaboration with the Palestine Ambassadors Forum, organized the graduation ceremony for the training course in effective communication skills for officers and affiliates of the Political Guidance in Nablus.
With the accreditation of the Global Professionalism for Educational Projects, a member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), the Institute of Administration, the International Academy of Media and Creativity, and the International Academy of Internal Security, the event was attended by Consultant Waleed Ja’arim, representing the Honorable Mr. Ghassan Daghlas, Governor of Nablus Governorate, and Mr. Firas Labadeh, representing Mr. Yasser Maraba, General Director of the Directorate of Social Development in Nablus. The Global Professionalism, in collaboration with the Palestine Ambassadors Forum and the Political Guidance Authority, organized a specialized training course on effective communication skills for officers and affiliates of the Political Guidance and National Authority in Nablus Governorate. Members of the administrative body of the Palestine Ambassadors Forum, including Secretary Dr. Fawaz Aql, Treasurer Ms. Sawsan Bakeer, and Coordinator of Training and Interactive Programs Ms. Kholoud Salah, participated in the graduation ceremony.
The graduation ceremony began with a welcoming speech from Consultant Mohammed Zahran Hassoneh, Chairman of the Administrative Body of the Palestine Ambassadors Forum and Commissioner General of the Global Professionalism for Educational Projects. He welcomed the participants and representatives of the Governor of Nablus and the Ministry of Social Development and the Political Guidance Authority, expressing his pride in the importance and reliability of these activities in preparing skilled officers capable of effective communication, as they are the true and primary link between citizens and security agencies. He also welcomed the extension of the program to include commercial, civil, and service institutions to enhance the concept of citizenship and provide optimal services.
In his speech, Consultant Waleed Ja’arim conveyed the greetings of the Governor of Nablus, praising the activities of the Palestine Ambassadors Forum and its continued cooperation with national institutions. He appreciated the importance of this meeting and the elite participating in this program for its significance in promoting citizenship, love for the homeland, and the role of security and sovereignty agencies in maintaining order and communicating with the public.
On the other hand, Mr. Firas Labadeh, Director of Associations at the Directorate of Social Development, conveyed the greetings of the General Director of the Directorate and the Ministry, appreciating the role of the association and its services, especially as it falls under the associations affiliated with the Directorate of Social Development. He also welcomed the effective communication between institutions and associations and their pioneering role in collaborating with the Directorate of Social Development to provide services and enhance the concept of development and progress.
Colonel Mohammed Sabri Abu Al-Abed, Director of Political Guidance in Nablus, emphasized the importance of continuous development in education and training, particularly the shift towards professionalism and equipping trainers and trainees with a new level of international accreditation and reliability. He highlighted the significant role this plays in presenting a positive image of the institution and the state in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, as well as the importance of evaluating behavior and performance, which reflects an understanding of the rules of performance and time management.
The Director of Northern Governorates, Brigadier General Majed Masha’ateh, who supervised the course, emphasized the readiness of the authority for ongoing cooperation and unlimited support due to the importance of these courses. These courses reflect a positive image, especially on official, popular, and institutional levels, whether for officers, embassies, delegations, or even students on scholarships. He noted that the supervising trainer for the course is one of the authority’s cadres and is certified in the field of training by the authority.
The Palestine Ambassadors Forum is a legal entity registered with the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Social Development. It operates in the humanitarian field and has many activities inside and outside the homeland in cooperation with popular diplomatic bodies in friendly countries. Meanwhile, the Global Professionalism for Educational Projects is an independent body comprising several specialized accreditation bodies that work in various fields of professional training. It operates according to internationally recognized professional training standards to meet the needs of many (trainees and institutions) around the world. Its role includes examining, reviewing, and organizing the validity of training operations, verifying the scientific content of the material to meet the program’s needs, and keeping pace with the latest scientific and technical developments in its fields of specialization. The group’s bodies also certify professional trainers with outstanding academic qualifications and sufficient experience in their training fields. Additionally, it is a member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).
The Global Professionalism’s commitment to quality permeates all aspects of program design and evaluation by identifying innovative designs for accrediting flexible training courses based on the evolving needs of the trainee community. It ensures that programs meet their needs regardless of geographical location.
The council’s accreditation standards help implement training effectively and efficiently, moving away from conventional methods and adhering to quality standards to minimize costs, save time, and achieve excellence that reaches the level of mastery in the required skills.
Training providers’ and trainers’ certificates from the Southwestern Accreditation Council are a prominent indicator of benefiting from the standards and a proof of development through accredited evaluation of institutions and verified certification of accredited trainers. The accreditation council grants trainees distinguished global ranks upon request by the accredited training center or previously accredited trainers. These ranks cover numerous programs that qualify their holders to compete for distinguished jobs worldwide.
Dr. Mohammed Zahran Hassoneh, Commissioner General of Global Professionalism and Chairman of the Administrative Body of the Palestine Ambassadors Forum, emphasized the importance of this graduation, as it adds a new qualitative and international value to specialized courses. He affirmed the commitment to global quality standards in terms of academic staff, study plans, educational curricula, and teaching methods in the field of accreditation in Palestine.
It is worth noting that there are 14 international bodies under the group’s umbrella, working in various specialized fields, including the Southwestern Accreditation Council (SWAC), the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS), the American Industry Accreditation Authority (USIA), the American Institute of Healthcare and Hospital Management (AIHC), the Global Institute of Tourism and Hotels (GITH), the World Sports Federation (WSF), the Global Council for Law, Arbitration, and Intellectual Property (GCLA), the International Academy of Arts, Media, and Creativity (IAAMC), the International Academy of Internal Security (IAHS), the Academic Institute for Special Needs (AISN), the International Academy for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (IAOSHE), the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE), and the American Institute of Management (AMI).
